Festival Registration Form

Registrations are made for one individual at a time. To make the process easier for institutions registering multiple students, they should re-use their completed form as a template like this:

complete your first registration and click "SUBMIT"

hit your "back" arrow in your browser to back out of the Google page you land on.

without closing the form, return to the top and enter the name, contact information and, if requesting to volunteer, the "volunteer status" of the next student on your list.

Click "SUBMIT" again--this will create a new registration.

Note that other forms for Festival such as Irene Ryan or DTM registration must be completed separately. Links to these are found at www.kcactf2.org within their respective areas.

VOLUNTEER STATUS (optional):

Students who wish to volunteer can receive a discount on the registration fee. IF REGISTERING BEFORE NOV. 1, select one of the following as a COMMITMENT to serve the festival. Students will be chosen on the basis of a separate, REQUIRED VOLUNTEER APPLICATION that will be sent to your email account. Scheduling will be done where possible around your schedule (i.e. Irene Ryan actors won't be required to volunteer during their auditions):

10 HOUR-works 10 hours as assigned, and receives $35 off of registration cost.
20 HOUR-works 20 hours as assigned, and registration cost is waived.
AREA LEADER- Works more than 20 hours (i.e. Irene Ryan Stage Management), receives certificate, pays no registration cost, and is provided 2 meals per work day.

Registration for the Region 2 festival grants permission to KCACTF Region 2 and ACTF Management, Ltd., to use registrant’s image or likeness, if captured or recorded at the festival, in print, website or other recorded media. This does not apply to “productions” or other circumstances already subject to reproduction restrictions by contract or directive.

(You will receive an email confirmation. An invoice will be sent to "purchaser" via email net-30. There is a penalty of $10 for each overdue registration payment.)
